Shipping your package
- Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours on weekends and public holidays after receipt of your payment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may contain a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk; special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected.
Returning your package
- Product returns must be made in their original, unopened packaging, except in special cases (breakage or damage during transport visible upon opening).
They must be sent in neutral packaging with sufficient protection for the product's safe return.
