Have you changed your mind? Are you not completely satisfied with the items you received or were given? Do you wish to withdraw from one or more products in your order?

You have 14 days, from the day you receive your products, to return any items that do not suit you.

To organize your return using the withdrawal form

1 For products sold and shipped by La clinique de l'informatique

• Print the form available by clicking here
• Complete the information about the product you wish to cancel (one form per product)
• Stick the top part of the completed form to the top of the package
• Include the completed form in the package

Please note that by using this form, your cancellation request will only be processed upon receipt of your package by our customer service.
